Urbanites have a fast-paced life, busy day and night, heavy pressure, and most of them lack exercise. More than half of the population in Hong Kong does not exercise regularly. Do you think you have enough exercise? The recent pandemic has made everyone more aware of the importance of immunity. Simple exercises can help reduce the risk of heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
Sports Psychology has received attention in recent years. Unlike the typical psychology you may know, Sports Psychology helps athletes overcome psychological obstacles by analysing athletes’ emotions and self-cognition, to help improve their performance.
In fact, exercise is not only a way to increase immunity, but also provide us with power, creating shared value in our society.
